Chef Josh (Cheng Yu-Chun) has been in French cuisine for almost two decades. He has 10 years of work experience at Le Moût Restaurant, one of Asia’s Top 50 Restaurants, where he was mentored by Chef Lanshu Chen and participated in numerous international guest chef dinners and worked closely with other world-renowned master chefs. In 2019, Chef Josh made his debut in Taipei and opened MiraWan Restaurant and Bar, which received an immediate Michelin recommendation in 2020.


Further in 2021, he created LOPFAIT French Restaurant, in which he feels closer to practicing French fine dining. With discovery of global and local ingredients, Chef Josh applies his gastronomic flairs to bring our guests culinary aesthetics and sensual dining experience in LOPFAIT.
